W.I.R.E.D. stands for Walking In Righteousness Every Day.

This name is based on 1 Timothy 4:12, which says, Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

Teenagers are uniquely capable of reaching the world around them and living radically for God. Our goal is not just to keep the young people "behaving" as they journey into adulthood, but instead to see Christ shine through lives that are given to Him. The Bible clearly states that a young person can keep his or her way pure, by walking according to the Word (Psalm 119:9). God wants everyone, of every age, to be in an intimate, meaningful relationship with Him. We, by the grace of God, facilitate that growth through Bible-centered instruction, crazy fun activities, intense friendships, and student-led ministry.
